Welcome! This site is presented as a free resource for and about folk and ethnic groups and events in the U.S and particularly around the central area of St Louis, Missouri. Our articles, reviews, and descriptive text would be of interest to anyone interested in the social or performing folk arts. Here, you will find descriptive listings and group schedules for folk, ethnic and related groups in St. Louis, and the surrounding area. We try to list all relevant special events, such as dance weekends and major performances, within about 8 hours drive of St. Louis. If you like what we have on our web page, you can also jump to information about subscribing to our (usually) 24 page paper newsletter, which is only $10.00 per year.
